Spent an afternoon in Girona Spain. It is north of Barcelona beside the River Onyar. It filled with medieval architecture. The Wall Walk – Girona’s imperious walls were first built by the Romans, were expanded in the time of Charlemagne in the early 800s, and then enlarged again in the 14th century. Definitely have to go back, there is so much more to see.
